Easy access to the Lac de Carcans for swimming, sailing, paddleboarding etc.
Too many mosquitoes! Small local shop was shut (even though reception staff told us it was open), therefore we had no easy access to food, drink etc. Also there is no restaurant on the campsite. Motorhome camping area not good, see below.

Cramped campsite for motorhomes with overhanging branches and long distances to the electric hook ups. It was separate from the rest of the campsite. Toilets were not always cleaned regularly, nor was there toilet paper available.

Great shady camping pitch with such good access to so many fun activities, lovely beach by the lakeside, delicious creperie.
Noisy drunk fellow campers late into early hours of the morning, More useful information on the website, i.e. cars parked in different areas, fridges are locker system, more info about what happens when and where each week, motorhomes are separate to tents.

4 adults, a toddler and 2 dogs in a cottage for 4-6 with a view of the trees, not far from the lake, in June, made for a relaxing, peaceful break.

The position of the cottage, not overlooked by others, and the view. It was easy to take the dogs out into the woods. Relatively new and well designed.
No kettle!! To have seen the inventory list beforehand would have been useful.

Super cute cottage. Clean and equipped with all necessities. in the middle the pine forests! Few 100 meters fr the lake and few KM fr the Atlantic ocean. We could not have asked for a better place. Will see you again soon.

The pitch was shaded, flat and cool with enough space to pitch the tent. The toilets and showers are kept clean and the facilites for parents with children are good (showers for parents and small children / adapted toilets for small children)

Le service en septembre est inexistant! Superette fermé, snack de la plage fermé le soir, aucune activité à l'externat de l'UCPA....Nous ne reviendrons plus en septembre. De plus, le Wi-Fi annoncé sur les brochures n'a jamais fonctionné.

Tout : c'est une toile de tente (et c'est capital pour moi) et il y a tout le confort (c'est capital pour mon époux). Le compromis parfait!
J'eu apprécié avoir du Wi-FI au lodge mais il ne fonctionnait même à l'accueil!

le cadre est très bien , dans les pins, accès au lac, c'est top
je pensais avoir un frigo sur place, sur mon emplacement. La case réfrigérée m'a déplu , il fallait aller aux sanitaires pour le moindre produit frais. Ce n'est pas commode du tout.

C'était comme d'habitude, super, et quelques points ont été nettement améliorés : suppression de la barrière sur le chemin entre le lac et la tente, toujours un employé occupé à nettoyer les sanitaires, l'accueil des stages est plus central, quelques animations sympas (pas la peine d'en faire plus non plus, que ça ne ressemble pas au Club Med)
Seul bémol : nous venons dans ce camping depuis... 35 ans et notamment car il n'y a pas de voiture. En principe... Car plusieurs personnes se fichent du règlement et garent leur véhicule près des tentes. Nous nous sommes plaints à l'accueil qui a répondu ne pas trop savoir comment lutter contre ce problème. Etant donné le nombre de golfettes du camping que l'on voit passer, il nous semble qu'il leur suffirait de relever les plaques, de mettre un mot et ensuite de faire un rappel à l'ordre.
