A charming and authentic campsite, La Forêt campsite is located in a 4.5 hectare park with a stream and direct access to the river. Its Sheepfold, its heated swimming pool with a panoramic view give it a unique and natural charm. The campsite offers a wide range of rentals / Cottages, Lodges, Chalets and Perched Huts. Motorhomes, tent campers or... caravanners will appreciate one of 98 pitches, the view of the surrounding mountains and the shade of ancient trees. The natural space in the Forest with its mineral atmosphere is reserved for pedestrians. Bivouac sites exclusively reserved for tents are available there for campers who love nature. Excellent reception staff who were very helpful. The ablution areas were kept constantly clean and tidy. There is a daily bus service into Lourdes that arrives/departs from the site.

Ideally placed location. Very handy bus service if needed yet only a short walk to Lourdes where there is plenty to see and do. Don't miss out on the funicular and short but energetic walk to the top of Pic du Jer, spectacular!!! The staff were perfect, friendly and very helpful. Many thanks to all of you.

Nobodys fault but recent rain had softened our pitch so sitting out was a bit restrctive. We were offered another pitch on arrival but we spent most of our time enjoying walking in this beautiful place..

We booked for two nights but stayed 3. Regular buses were great and if you need a taxi it’s just €15. Pool was refreshing after a day exploring Lourdes. Showers and washing up facilities were clean and fresh. Reception staff were so friendly and helpful, more of a family feel. Order your bread the night before. We thought it was a perfect site!

The staff was so friendly and helpful. It was clean all over at a high standard. The site was even and situated beautifully in the outskirts of Lourdes. Noise from traffic was at a low level. Here we could calm down and relax. If we come to this part of France, we will visit this place again.

We liked the cleanliness, toilets and showers were clean, pitch had lots of shade, we were asked what pitch we would prefer. Swimming pool was small but ok and the kids loved the slide and the pool in general.
There wasn’t much info about the area, any cycle routes, walking routes, or what to visit close to the area
