We have enjoyed a 2 week stay at Au Clos de la Chaume. The staff of the camping has been very kind and we liked the activities organised on the campsite.
There is 1 bathroom for babies and less mobile people. For a campsite focussing on a.o. families it could be usefull to increase this.

We had a nice shady pitch, with a water point.
The ground was sloping a bit. No issue with a caravan, but with a tent its wise to carefully chose where you set it up (room enough on the spacious pitch to do so)

We liked the overall atmosphere at the camping, and enjoyed the covered swimming pool. The mobile home was very comfortable! Very helpful and friendly owners.
I would redesign the games room: take out the games machines, put in a large comfortable sofa, create a nicer library and closer to the windows, put in a good coffee machine, add a good table for board games, keep the football table, and add a playing corner for toddlers.

I would offer free wifi included everywhere, as is becoming standard practice. Also an electric water kettle would be a nice addition.

The establishment
Stayed at this site for a few nights to see the beautiful scenery and villages of the region. The site has pitches amongst the trees to give sun and shade. The showers were good and all facilities cleaned regularly. The site owner was very helpful when we had a problem with our car and arranged an appointment at a nearby garage.
