Clean caravan, lovely pools, especially the adults only pool. A god send.! Clean site and friendly staff.
Music a bit loud, especially when your caravan is so near the entertainment area.

Ist was my 10th time in Nouvelle Floride, so its clear to see, i love it. So much has chanced in even better ways.
Two Things: - Sadly we didnt have warm water to shower vor the first four or five days and the last evening the shower was cold again. - no suitable Animation for Kids between 9-12/13 (may be good for youger and older Kids, but not for that age)

We've enjoyed staying with you for four years and hopefully be back next year. The camp is in close proximity of any attractions outside of tge camp, such as Sete and Cap de Adge
The only disappointment is that we felt restricted where we could go in the evenings as there isn't any facilities to park the car after midnight. If we were out we were clock watching to make sure we were home in time.

Everything is arranged nicely. Information upfront via email, pre-registration so no long check-in time.
I went to the reception a couple of times and one time I experienced it as very unsatisfactory. I did my best talking French, but got rude/impolite responses in English. I ordered a package via Amazon and got a message it was delivered. The receptionist did not care at all and sent me to Charlemagne to find my package. In the end it was off course delivered to Nouvelle Floride. Another receptionist helped me correctly. The other, impolite receptionist was also there but did not even care to apologise or something else. I have never experienced that in 10 years Les Mediterranees. Astonishing…
