The establishment
Exceptional location close to a scenic lake, and not far from a major autoroute, which makes it perfect for an overnight stop on a long journey. The facilities on the site are excellent: a good family-friendly restaurant, and a lovely indoor pool are the highlights. Kids will love the trampoline and inflatable bouncy castle and rodeo bull too. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff is second to none. Les Chalets de la Vingeanne is a superb place to stay, and our only regret is that we couldn't stay for longer.

We were impressed by how clean the chalet was when we arrived. All the equipment we needed to cook and dine was there, and when it came time to sleep, the beds were super -comfortable.

The establishment
We enjoyed the activities and pool that were available for the kids and family. The area felt safe and the kids enjoyed having some independence and freedom.
We were unaware that we would not have bedding or towels so we did not prepare for that. Because of the weather, we needed to sleep with the windows open and there were people awake and being quite loud until very late into the night. I would’ve thought since this was a family friendly place that there would be “quiet hours” at a reasonable time.

Enough space for all of us. It was nice that we had a fridge and a stove to cook on.
Just would’ve loved more bedding and towels for our stay. Traveling from the united states, we didn’t have the option of bringing all of that stuff along. We are grateful the receptionist brought us towels though. That was greatly appreciated.

We stayed only 1 night but our 3 kids could have stayed much longer. Nice heated pool and lake. We visited fortified medieval town Langres nearby and listen to a free concert during the summer "Mardi festif" . Really simple and pleasant stay.
Our stay was too short for such a pleasant place.

J'ai séjourné aux Chalets avec ma fille et ses copines, où elles ont pu profiter de la piscine et l'espace détente. Nous avons gouté les délicieuses crêpes dans l'après-midi et nous avons mangé un très bon repas le soir. Le personnel est très agréable, la propreté de chalet irréprochable. La proximité du lac est un grand avantage pour faire les promenades ou les activités dans l'eau.

Le chalet est très spacieux, les lits confortables. Nous avons trouvé la cuisine bien équipée avec un grand réfrigérateur. Le salon du jardin sur la terrasse pour prendre le petit déjeuner, c'est top!

L'accueil très sympathique de notre famille et de notre grand chien. La convivialité du lieu. Le restaurant et les petits déjeuners. Le site est très chouette pour les enfants. La responsable du lieu est très arrangeante (horaires, informations, etc.)

Le chalet supérieur est totalement rénové, propre et fonctionnel. Le ménage de fin de séjour en est facilité. Le chalet est confortable.
Rien ne nous a déplu, simple suggestion d'amélioration: le matériel pour pouvoir faire le ménage est peut-être un rien limité (balais et une serpillère). Un parasol pourrait être ajouté également pour la terrasse. Toutefois je pense que si nous avions demandé à l'accueil, on nous aurait aidé au mieux, notre séjour était très court aussi nous ne l'avons pas fait.
