The welcome was fantastic. The staff went out it their way to accommodate our needs and helped with a special château breakfast for our daughter’s 14th birthday. The site is very charmingly french with a very relaxed feel and not over commercialised which is lovely.

The accommodation was fine and clean, the airco was a good added feature.
We had to arrange diner on the first night ourselves although we made a reservation. And had to ask for baby bed and chair which was also booked in advance.

Setting was lovely staff were friendly ,restaurant waa excellent
The bathrooms were not great .The floor was always wet and slippy. There is no accessible toilet .The one with wheelchair sign has only childs toilet and the accessible shower doubles as childs one so always in use and hard to get access too

we LOVE Le Castles sites we have stayed on this before. we love it
the bins at the gate were totally overflown with loads of sacks of rubbish on the ground I was disappointed to see this. and the water point on our pitch was in the middle of the wood and we could not rach it
