Registration and any other service/information required at the reception took a very long time, really not justifiable especially when booking was already made online with all the needed information. Needs serious improvement

Very friendly staff and excellent amenities, we will be back for sure!
The pool was not heated but as we were at the very end of the season it was understandable and with such a great location and campsite we did not miss it a great deal.
Great facility having a private bathroom and the pitch was well maintained.

Gold Pitches, swimming pools, kid friendly atmosphere
The live music going onto 11pm. We've always seen camping trips as a relaxing break. We'd get the kids to bed for 8.30pm, then sit down with books and a glass of wine, only for extremely loud music to be blasted over the campsite. To make it worse, it was the exact same set of songs every night!
Having a private toilet and sink on your own pitch was really enjoyable and beneficial.
