Camping Domaine du Logis***** welcomes you at the heart of Brittany, between Rennes, Saint-Malo and the Mont-Saint-Michel. This lovely 5-star campsite, located a few kilometers from the pleasant and romantic Breton town of Combourg, and near the village of La Chapelle-aux-Filtzméens, breathes peace and friendliness. The campsite boasts a green 12ha park of a castle from the 15th-17th centuries, set along the Canal d'Ille et Rance, in a wooded nature.

The welcome, the service the setting we only stayed one night and later in week were let down by another campsite so called Prisilla who was great the Logos had already closed but she called another campsite and arranged a booking for us Priscilla went over and above in customer service even though her campsite did not benefit financially from her kind actions but because of all the fab customer service we will recommend to others and will return next year!!

Location is very good for walking on canal towpath.
It was our sixth stay, the last one being in 2019. The difference between other stays and this was phenomenal. No hot water for showers or washing up, only tepid. Reception staff offered a solution which didn’t work but didn’t seem to care when this was pointed out. Campsite is wonderful but staff are miserable, tired, uncaring and unwelcoming. Dog of staff member wandering around reception when our own are on leads.

Facilities for camping are really good. Very clean shower block and a nice swimming area. The campsite is very relaxing and quiet (we visited low season)

reception often needed extra help, especially in mornings for bread collection, since bread is all ordered it should be easy to have extra help available reflecting order level, usually only one staff to multi task, frustrating! Staff working hard to please

good space, fully serviced pitch , problem with electricity supply on arrival which took 1 minute to fix yet waited over 4 hours for attention and three visits to reception.
pitches need some attention, mainly hollowed out in most used areas of pitch which collected puddles of wter when it rained. Many of the pitches looked as though they had the same wear pattern. They need re-levelling

Lovely spacious pitches and everything organised round a quaint courtyard. Restaurant was excellent but the highlight for us was the easy access to cycle the canal du rance and visit villages along the route
