The size of pitch was great thank you - although the lack of fresh water on the pitch for our motorhome was a nuisance. Our greeting at reception was great, very helpful lady thank you. Then to be shown to the pitch was also very good. The campsite is about 25 minutes walk into Argeles and that makes the location ideal. Lovely stay thank you
We arrived at the end of August and the food menu seemed limited. However, the food we had from the bar was very nice. We were disturbed by people in tents opposite our pitch who wanted to talk loudly into the early hours. One of which had strung a hammock from a lamp post to a tree. The lamp post was then leaning - camping in this manner should not be allowed.

Great environment. We were early in the season and could choose our pitch. All were level and good size. Amenities close by. The pool was smashing, clean and great for doing lengths after a busy day! All the staff were immensely friendly and helpful.
We hadnt realised there wasn’t public transport and it was slightly further out of the nearest town than we anticipated. Fine for good walkers or bike riders!

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. L’accueil était toujours très souriant, l’ambiance calme, les sanitaires propres. Nous reviendrons les yeux fermés !

Terrain très sec, ça n’a pas toujours été facile de planter les sardines.

j'ai du annuler mon séjour pour raison de santé. La gérante du domaine à conservé mon acompte. Un festival ayant lieu à deux pas je suis sûre qu'elle a reloué facilement. Pas très faire play.

Bonjour, nous sommes désolé du désagrément causé par vos problèmes de santé, cependant vous n'aviez malheureusement pas souscrit une assurance annulation, de plus vous noté notre démarche "pas très commerçante" cependant nous n'avons pas demandé le réglement du solde de votre réservation comme cité dans le contrat (c'est uniquement votre acompte qui n'a pas été remboursé). Et enfin, non votre logement n'a pas été reloué, celui-ci est resté vide malgré le festival dont vous faites référence (Étant complet pour l'évènement et ayant refusé de nombreuses demandes bien avant votre annulation). Nous entendons votre déception mais somme en aucun cas responsable, si ce n'est d'appliquer notre politique de fonctionnement. Vous souhaitant bon rétablissement. Cordialement. La Direction.
