I love the laid-back, easygoing vibe CosyCamp has got going on. Staff are friendly and helpful, and all interactions seem to be based on clear communication and trust. Comfy tent, good amenities, great food at the cafe. A wonderful and beautiful place to spend lazy days lounging around and my 8 yo daughter had the absolute best time of her life! Lots of kids, daily marshmallow roasting by the campfire, hours and hours of swimming, playing by the river, there were even some kids setting up tiny shops with bracelets they had made. Love it all!
I would love it if the campsite would be smoke-free.

The establishment
CosyCamp is very relaxed site, which is clean and with plenty to do. Whilst we were there we hired canoes for the day (as well as using the free ones available at the camp), we spent a day on e-bikes, went for walks and just chilled around the camp. It is very relaxed, clean with a good outdoor pool. . There is plenty of shared games on site (e.g. table tennis, swing ball, badminton, petanque, kids bikes to share, etc...) and the pool is great. The bar in the evening is lovely place to relax and the outdoor fires are great too. The owners are really friendly and helpful.

Much nicer and easier than bringing my own tent, but in future I would opt for a slightly bigger glamping lodge that they offer (Safari Lodge?) rather than this one.

A truly unique and outstanding site. Situated on the banks of the Loire this site is beautifully maintained by the owners, Sophie and Richard. There are lots of on-site facilities and lots to see and enjoy in the surrounding area. It is a beautiful, quiet, peaceful and friendly site perfect for families of all ages. It is clear that Sophie and Richard pour their passion and souls into this site and those lucky enough to book a place will reap the benefits.

Two bathrooms, powerful shower, big and comfy bed, lots of seating options, big fridge and freezer, very clean, fabulous views.
The top kitchen shelf and microwave were too high for me, I had to stand on a chair! We would prefer an oven but understand why not.

Wonderful campsite, very nice owners, very good atmosphere, really nice field at the river side with out pitches, but for dining, drinking, playing, feels like being in a park, really special, great swimming pool with tremendous view and plenty of beds, good icecream, bikes/rackets/canos for sharing which is great and really special.

•Weinig toiletten in het badgebouw. Ondanks dat het 4x per dag werd schoongemaakt was het niet heel schoon. •Het speelgoed en de leen fietsen waren oud en veelal kapot

The campsite is the best we have ever stayed at. There is so much space and has a festival feel with children having loads of freedom. We love the area and there is so much to do for all the family.
We had pizza one evening and we didn’t think they were very good, especially for the price. They were made with pre-bought pizza bases and you could tell they were not very good quality. This is the only complaint.

Friends invited us after they came two years ago. So we came with them on recommendation and we’re totally blown away. We have two small children and it was perfect for them and us. The site is safe and thoughtful and set in the most beautiful surroundings. Coming with another family was perfect too as the kids all played and we could relax and stay up bqqing! The cabin was set back a little from the action which meant we had quiet evenings for sleepy kids and lovely views of the mountains. We swam in the pool, kayaking or swimming on the river, riding bikes, games, beautiful walks. 10 out 10
The beds weren’t comfy. My only real criticism!!!!

Clean and easy, everything we needed was there. I wanted our own bathroom and my husband is a chef so a little kitchen to prepare for bbq every night was perfect! And do our own washing up. We loved the fact that it was set back a little from the main action which was perfect when we needed to come put the kids to bed and we could stay up on the balcony playing games with a view of the mountains. I would have this exact spot again. We loved it.
Only criticism is beds are uncomfortable!
