The establishment
Swimming pool, lake and site generally were lovely. Our caravan and pitch were perfect. Lots of activities and we appreciated being able to hire tennis rackets, mini golf etc free of charge. Nice shop with friendly staff and friendly animations team too. Enjoyed the yoga in the first week.
Not all the communal areas were clean, especially the toilets near the pool and the steps up to the pool slides which were muddy. The wood at the top of the slides was very slippery, my daughter fell and hurt herself. The kids club was for younger children. It was a shame the high ropes were closed as we would have enjoyed that. In the last week, it felt as though things were starting to close down early.

The pool complex was amazing.
Shop was overpriced. The pony rides were overpriced for the amount of time you got out. You couldn’t play on the football field as there were holes on the pitch. The tennis courts were in a shocking condition also. In general I found that the campsite was unkept.

the area in general was unkept. Nettles beside our mobile and chairs dumped under it for what is supposed to be a premium location. Also the premium mobiles are beside the camper van car wash.

The establishment
This site is superb and the 2nd time we have stayed. The premium pitch is excellent with the use of a fridge freezer( worth its weight in gold). The pool and lake is great. On the lake the inflatables is an excellent addition. More of these please.
The snack bar is also a great addition. However, it needs running better. The 2 young people running it need better training and a better system of orders and cooking. There were queues that didn’t seem long but they didn’t seem to cope. Orders were getting mixed up and waits were long for what is a really small menu. Maybe a proper building with better cooking facilities would help the staff and make it a better customer experience. We also lost electricity twice during the stay, once only for a few hours but the other was over night and we lost a lot of food and ice cream.

The waste would be better closer to water so peoples pipes can reach. The water taps were also in hedges very overgrown. A little more maintenance and care needed.

This was our 10th visit to Parc de Fierbois, we love this campsite and the facilities it offers are fantastic. We were especially grateful for the air conditioning this year.

This was chosen as a stop over for a few days following a longer stay in SW France. Very convenient location, nice surrounds and local village restaurant was great for lunch.
Pool, pool area and slide was not as clean as expected. A few of the entertainment evenings were not to taste, but the salsa evening went down well.

Amazing pitches in the woods with a peaceful feel to them. Hidden away from some great amenities including a Great Lake with inflatable fun!
Just the volume of the karaoke and entertainment in the evening carries through the resort. Fine for most I am sure and it’s quiet when it finishes around 11ish. I would prefer the volume a little quieter.

A 1 week stay during peak season. A large campsite that has a lot of activities and copes very well with its size. We really liked how you could separate yourself from the main camping area and water park and go to the lake. So much on it was impossibly to cram everything in. A really lovely time.
