Castel Camping Le Brévedent

The establishment

The entire team at Le Brevedent make everyone feel welcome. Everyone is helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The cafe and bar are excellent and the new patio in front of the chateau is a great addition. Music nights are always special including jazz performances and encouragement of local musicians. Bastille Day is always a highlight with Barbeque, music and fireworks. The visit is never long enough.

We have stayed at this site a number of time and it is always very friendly and welcoming. The music evenings are wonderful. It is great to sit outside in an evening and listen to live music in such a lovely setting. Love the goats, rabbits and chicken, always entertaining. Staff go above and beyond to help you and speak good English.

Cut Shrubs back on some of the tight turns to avoid scratching caravan sides on arriving and leaving.

Absolutely loved our 3rd stay here. If you are looking for quiet and laidback then this is the perfect place for you. Lovely pool for when it gets too warm. Great restaurant on site with local produce.

Nothing needs to improve - stay exactly as you are.

De camping ligt mooi in een bosrijke omgeving. De staanplaatsen zijn speels ingedeeld. In het hoogseizoen DE ideale plek voor gezinnen met kinderen in de basisschoolleeftijd. Je ontmoet er sowieso veel landgenoten! Er heerst een ontspannen sfeer. De eigenaren en het receptiepersoneel zijn erg gastvrij en behulpzaam

Het sanitair is modern. Door de ligging van de douches ten opzichte van de toiletten is de vloer echter moeilijk droog te houden. Misschien toch vaker op een dag de waterstofzuiger erdoor halen? Toiletten: urinoirs voor mannen zouden kunnen helpen om dat de vloeren droog en schoner te houden in de toiletruimte.

The setting, the grass, the trees, the rabbits and chickens that wander. The very friendly and helpful staff. (Excellent). Being able to order fresh bread and pastries. Good restaurant too.

we find no recommendations for improvement . Ralphs team there are assist when required

Lovely site, very clean toilets, showers etc. Restaurant was closed so ate in the snack bar, very nice.

Location, facilities and friendliness shown by the staff. The pool was also a plus. Recycling was given good priority. Walks from site good. Facilities for young grandson good, he enjoyed visiting the rabbits and using the play area.

Area around table tennis and mini golf requires tending.

The people at the Camp-site are very friendly and easygoing. They help solve problems and provide a cosy atmosphere with live music and free range rabbits and chicken.

The setting and the staff on the site create the perfect setting for a peaceful stay. Raphaël and all his team create the friendliest atmosphere and make everyone welcome and feel a part of the team. The music evenings are a delight and the band are so talented.

Some of the facilities could do with updating, but this is all a part of the charm of the site.

Thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stop on this characterful site & hope to return for a longer stay. Good sized pitches (some with lake view), clean and modern toilet facilities, cafe/restaurant both pleasant, friendly welcome. We also enjoyed the live music from local musicians, which was situated to minimise disturbance to the rest of the site.

The secondary toilet block was less appealing than the modern one and the pitches opposite it suffered a poor outlook compared to the rest of the site

Super friendly and laid back. Biggest shower room ever seen on a campsite- brilliant. Loved the chickens and the rabbits wandering round.

Limited menu. Wish it was dog friendly but get why it isn’t.
