Reception staff didn’t seem the friendliest and we had to check out one day earlier due to our flight being changed by the airline and we still had to pay for the whole duration which I didn’t think was fair.

High quality and completeness of the lodge. We had two children (9/11 yo) with us and they enjoyed the stay very much.
Although there were not much bugs, we would have liked a bugscreen by the windows. Also, we didn't see smoke detectors; maybe they were somewhere hidden.

We have had the accommodations for a few years now, until now no one has needed mosquito repellent. But simply to attach own on our wooden windows is prohibited ! then the window no longer closes properly.

Seiseralm area is beautiful
For such an expensive camping you expect some extra’s, a pitch with a view and at least a warm welcome. It seemed all about the money. Swimming pool is closed for 3 hours during the day but has limited access., you can’t swim every day.

Each pool has with its greenery a maximum number of people allowed, if this were not given, so would be 50-60 people in a small pool where no one can swim more and this every day at vacation times. We also had that, but is also safety and hygiene regulations not allowed and also makes no sense. But there is the Badesse Völser Weiher, which is big enough The midday rest enjoy the surrounding guests on the pitches very much. With us it is so.

Second year, we've stayed for 2 weeks. Facilities once again we're very complete and clean. Staff is very helpful and kind.
The new coffee vending machine is quite expensive compared to the amount of coffee you get. Although it is a good extra addition, many different sorts of coffee.

Been in 2015, liked it then, loved our latest trip. Found everyone friendly, we were the only British travellers on the site. Our dog was unwell and we had to visit the vet twice and she was brilliant…we will visit again.
We found the morning walk up to the recycling station fun..not fit enough. We were also disappointed that the restaurant had e yet opened as we had a lovely meal there last time. But that is NOT a criticism .

thank you for your review, to the opening of the restaurant: WE COULD NOT OPEN THE RESTAURANT because, like so many other businesses, we have NOT found ANY EMPLOYEES to do so. Unfortunately, since Covid, a great many employees have left this unsafe industry and are not coming back. The restaurant is now open and only from the end of June we have enough employees to ensure a full operation.
