Lovely friendly site right on the beach, walking distance to nearby town. Go down the beach rather than the road, takes half the time and much nicer. Receptionists couldn't have been nicer.

Facilities were good, can order bread croissants etc from reception for the next day. Close to the beach was a big plus.
Having to push my way through the hedge to plug in the electric. Probably easier when the hedges have been cut but we went late in the season so they were a bit overgrown.

Last evening at our lovely campsite. It has lovely facilities and the staff are pleasant. We're allowed to wonder around and pick our pitch. There weren't many left available and I can see why. Easy access to the beach. Nice clean facilities and an onsite covered pool. They even have a few goat's. The arm band they gave us to wear says, "Slow Life". Couldn't think of better advice.
Some pitches were a little on the small side. But we managed ok.

Receptionist very helpful & polite.
In busy periods pre-booked guests should be given priority when checking in, this would be more efficient for everyone as the receptionist had to take extra time to discuss pitch locations and allow drivers to check the pitch was suitable for their size whilst leaving their motor-home at the front of the queue at the gate barrier this would also help by prevent having to queue back in to the road,

Location to the lovely sandy beach, showers were hot and powerful. Our friend who has a 7.4 metre long was given a pitch that was very tight & he was just able to get in so he asked to be moved & after some help with the receptionist he did so.
This site has some very tight pitches & turning angles when trying to manoeuvre, some pitches are so tight they are only suitable for camper vans & the static mobile home pitch parking is tight so they park a little bit in the road & this creates a problem when leaving for the morning ferry and we would never of got my friends motor-home out in the dark.

The Campsite is right by the beach, the staff are friendly and helpful and the pitches are clean, eben and offer some privacy, in late August they were mostly packed dirt and sand though, very little grass left.
As with most French campsites there are rather few toilets. Strangely there are two unisex washrooms and one female only bath. Unless I somehow overlooked something that means there are a total of six toilets for men, five of which are shared with the other gender. Especially when the larger unisex bathhouses is closed for cleaning, things get tight. The washrooms are decent, though not really modern by an standard.
