Staff were great, the restaurant is tasty. The pool is AMAZING!
Each chalet needed some maintenance during our stay. There are no kitchen facilities which was a shame.

Just some basic changes would be a good improvement. If building more consider putting the power, (additional light switch) and light on the opposite wall to the door which is better when reading in bed.

Pitch’s very tight, all on top of one and other, felt a bit claustrophobic.

The location was right near to the bus stops and the Lidl supermarket which is very convenient for most of the people.
The only problem was ,since the place is surrounded by trees and nature, there were mosquitoes .

There is not even a kettle to boil hot water for tea for example, not enough bins.

The pool area was good and restaurant nice with good food. Our chalet was very dirty and even after we complainef they cleaned again. It was still dirty floors, old empty shampoobottle in shower, long hairs everywhere, mattress was stined and very dirty. Too bad because the site was nice.
Our chalet not being clean. We complained, they Went to clean it and it was still really dirty especillay in the bathroom. The furniture outside could have been a little nicer and wiped off as well. Would be more inviting when you arrive as guest if first impression is not a dirty set of table and bench.

It really needs a renovation. It is very, very run down. The shower squirted water over the showerdoors and on to the floor. It was impossible to get Went. The floor was as if they just put some thin plastic on top of lumpy, broken wood. Our chalet was very dirty when we arrived. We let reception know and they had someone clean it again, but still there was old empty schampoo bottle in shower, piles of long hairs and dust on floor. I swept floor and got a pile of dirt even After second cleaning. Not acceptable at all.

Nice shaded pitch with everything, literally, within 50m. Quite and respectful. Bus in to/out of Venice, which is cheap, and literally outside the main site entrance - fabulous.

Pitches are ample for a vehicle and awning without encroaching on neighbours.
Very minor but some of the hook-up points can be a distance, so a 20m (minimum) is recommended - don’t be caught out!!!
