Nice site close to the river and 20 min walk along it to the beach one way the town the other way. Kitchen sink storage, shower and toilet on the pitch was great. The annoying point is the reception opens at 10.00 and you have to be off your pitch by 10.00 so you have to wait around to get the kitchen inspected (and it is thoroughly)- to then go back to the office to get your deposit back …. don’t expect to leave early if you take one of these pitches!

The establishment
The location is excellent, especially if you want to cycle. The cycle path network can be joined right outside and you can get to lots of different places - the beach, the town, Cap d'Agde and the Canal du Midi. The pool is a great way to cool off in the heat of the day and the bar provides everything from a nice cold drink to dinner. The shower block furthest from the pool is new and very clean with plenty of hot water (didn't use the other block so can't comment).

Our pitch was on the annex side of the site which had plenty of space, this was a request when booking and was granted on arrival. It wasn't a problem when we asked to move a bit further away from the play area, the lady was extremely helpful.
Our first pitch was right next to the play area, as a couple with no children we didn't really want to listen to the constant thud of a football, we asked if we could move to a pitch further up and this was no problem.

Pitches are well maintained. We had one with private sanitary facilities which were excellent. The pool is lovely and we always managed to get a seat no matter what time we visited. The food at the bar was good but the location of being just a short bike ride/walk to a fantastic beach with restaurants & bars makes this site a fantastic place.
The toilets by the pool could benefit from an update.

The establishment
This family run site is perfect for a family holiday. Everything is clean and tidy, the people are wonderful and friendly. The site isn’t massive so it remains quieter than the majority yet has all the amenities of the larger, often noisier sites. The pool and splash zone are lovely, as is the bar and café. The wide and beautiful river has a path that leads to the sea and coastal village, or, in the other direction the town. Both easily walkable and both with a wealth of restaurants and shops. We will definitely be returning :-)

Although small the accommodation has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds are very comfortable, there is storage in both rooms. The water pressure is great for the shower!
Bring a fan, we were lucky enough to have wall to wall sunshine and temperatures were extremely high so we used a fan to help keep us cooler in the night for sleeping.

We had to change our booking a couple of times,due to an injury my husband had, they were brilliant at accomodating us for that. The location is next to the River and 5 mins bike rides either way to nice little town and beach with shops and lots of restaurants. A lovely little market also on the Sunday morning Only van on a pitch of 6. Which was good as due to our size of van, we woukd have struggled to get off our pitch had the one opposite been occupied.
Not so much a dislike, but dissapointed that the bar was shut, there were loads of vans on site, so inwas a but surprised, shame we couldn't have had drinks and food onsite. Thought it was very pricey, out of season with nothing onsite open, however we didnt mind paying as it was recommended to us. Didn't like having to book for 5 nights online though, would have liked to book 2, then extend if all was OK.
