Mille Etoiles provides accommodation in eleven Mongolian-style natural-canvas yurt dwellings with oak and ash frameworks. These yurts draw on the traditional Kirghiz portable dwellings used in Central Asian steppes. Eight of our yurts have double-bed accommodation for two adults, plus two children in single beds. If you have three children please contact us and we’ll fit in a third bed. Three other yurts are more remotely located in the woods, making ideal romantic getaways. Blankets and bedspre... ads are provided.. Bath towels can be provided for a fee. The showers and toilet are just a step away from the yurts. The camping ground has two washroom blocks, one with five individual units of wash-basin, hot water, shower and toilet. Alongside your yurt there’s a kitchen area where you can prepare meals. The yurts are lit by candle-lanterns, but electricity is also available (paying option)

Location was fantastic, accessability to a quiet spot on the river was brilliant, we were prepared for the steep walk up the gorge and it was totally worth it. Campsite was small and secluded enough not to worry about the children having some freedom around the campsite. The owners were lovely and incredibly helpful

Bonsoir Clare , En France , les locatifs doivent être laissés propre , nettoyé et rangé ( je sais quand en Angleterre ce n'est pas le cas ). Lors de votre réservation , vous avez reçu un mail de confirmation , dans lequel il est stipulé , en autre , que 50.00 € seront prélevé de la caution si le nettoyage n'est pas fait . A l'accueil et à l'entrée du camping , vous avez une affiche où le tarif du nettoyage est indiqué. Dans votre yourte sur la table basse , vous aviez une fiche explicative , vous informant quoi nettoyer et que si vous aviez besoin , des produits de nettoyage , supplémentaires , étaient mis à disposition gratuitement à l'accueil ( dans la kitchenette vous avez balai , balayette , espagnolette , torchon ). Vous m'avez appelé pour me dire que vous aviez laissé la clef sur la porte de la yourte , je vous ai demandé si vous aviez bien tout nettoyé , vous m'avez répondu que oui . Quand je suis arrivée quelle ne fus pas ma surprise , j'ai mis plus d'une heure pour remettre la yourte en état ( vous aviez laissé le frigo dégoutant , la table , l'intérieur de la yourte , la vaisselle , rien rangé etc ) , j'ai vraiment eu le sentiment d'être prise pour une imbécile ( je reste polie ... ) , l'une de vos voisine est venue me demander un renseignement , elle même fut très surprise de constater dans quel état vous aviez laissé votre location . Pour confirmer mes dire , je vous ai envoyé les photos que j'ai prise à mon arrivée dans votre yourte . A votre place j'aurais honte de laisser ma location comme cela . The camping is located in a beautiful location, relatively quiet with much shade. Very nice assistance from the staff.
The shower temperature cannot be adjusted, it is often too hot, even if you let it run for a time.

We loved it here and would thoroughly recommend it. Friendly welcome, bread and croissants available in the morning, bar and restaurant very good. Great walks nearby and swimming opportunities in the gorge. Will definitely be back!

Le camping se trouve dans un très bel environnement: nature, calme, grand emplacement, yourte confortable, un bel espace pour notre âne …
L’accueil aurait pu être plus chaleureux. Pas d’accompagnement jusqu’à la yourte. Draps, serviettes, bagages sur les bras, les ânes étant interdits sur les aires d hébergements.

Les sanitaires toujours très propres et très confortables pour un couple ( une salle de bain digne de ce nom avec beaucoup d'espace (douche, lavabo et toilettes ) Les espaces sont très généreux pour les emplacements de tentes avec beaucoup d'arbres, vraiment idéal pour l'ombre. La plage privée sur l'Ardèche est également très appréciable pour un instant fraîcheur !

Pour chipoter je dirais qu'il faudrait mettre un peu au goût du jour certains espaces, mais c'est vraiment pour chipoter !
