Second visit! Last time with little children this time with teenagers. Brilliant both times! Clean toilets and showers, fab pool (much needed due to the heat!) central location for our visit and the places we wanted to go. Great attention to detail at check in! Love the environmental aspect of this site! We have always had a peaceful stay! My last fave thing is being able to walk to Beynac! So nice to not have to drive. Huge thank you to Derrick, Caroline and the team at L2V. Good family memories made.
Nothing major! Just the rattling cleaning cart at 7.30am woke me up, on the flip side the toilets were always clean! So really it was a win!

I liked the size of my XL pitch. View of Beynac chateau. We comfortably fitted a 12x12 metre living tent, three pup tents and our car on to the pitch. Still with room to have our table outside.

We stayed on a level and shaded pitch with easy access to water, sanitary facilities and electricity
It would be better if the hedges between pitches offered more privacy. A motorhome drain would have been useful. On the last day there was an electric hook-up cable stretched across the path to the sanitary block - this was a dangerous trip hazard.

The owners are friendly and helpful and clearly care about the campsite. Although it is rural and quiet it is also a short walk from Beynac and there is so much to do and see in this stunning location

This was our second visit and we chose an XL pitch as it didn’t cost much more than the large and we were staying for a week. It isn’t a big campsite so you are never far from facilities but the bonus for us was the view of baynac castle from our pitch
