Le Roc del Rey, a family campsite in Ariège, is pleased to welcome you to its chalets, mobile homes, lodges and unusual accommodations. The campsite also has pitches for tents, caravans and motorhomes. Natural and quiet site with several departures for hiking and cycling. The greenway is 6 km away and the natural climbing site 800 meters along the river. Montbel Lake is only 3 km away with many activities: kayaking, horse riding, fishing…. Our campsite is at the gateway to the country of Olme... s and the Cathar Pyrenees with a very beautiful view of the Pyrenees and close to many tourist sites: Montségur castle, Foix, Carcassonne, Lagarde, Chalabre, Roquefixade, Puivert, Camon, Mirepoix.

The establishment
The wonderfully placed location of the campsite, in the midst of oak trees, with the calming sound of nature around and magnificent views of the surroundings. Delphine and Roman were welcoming from the get-go, always available and friendly. Don't allow the pizza to confuse you: you're not in Napoli, though it does taste like it! Resonable pricing. Very laid back, well run campsite.
A few more hooks and some more shelves to store belongings inside the (always clean and well maintained) lavabos and shower cabins would be great.

We stayed in the jungle lodge safari tent and had a wonderful experience. The location was beautiful, and the reception from Delfine was very welcoming. We stayed with our 1 year old baby, the tent was perfect, had plenty of space for him to play safely. The floor of the tent is flat, made of wood, and the side panels of the tent served very well to limit our baby’s play area. We also used the patio furniture to block off any area we didn’t want our baby to go. They have pack and play baby bed and they also have a baby bathtub, changing table, and high chair. Very clean. We will return!

The kitchen was very comfortable for cooking. There are plates bowls etc, cutlery, pots and pans, cutting boards, drying rack, mop, broom, bucket for cleaning dishes. It has a small water spout just outside of the tent. Beds were very comfortable too, we slept very well! The tent is high quality, with plenty of windows to air out the inside, or close in order to stay warm. Great views!

Nous avons passé ma compagne nos deux filles et moi-même un très agréable séjour dans le camping de Delphine et Romain. Ils nous ont chaleureusement accueillis et sont restés à l'écoute et réactifs durant la durée de notre location. Le camping à taille humaine a permis à nos enfants de 9 et 3 ans de se promener en toute liberté dans les allées ombragées de cette chênaie, d'aller seule s'acheter glaces ou milkshake au bar de l'accueil. La piscine à la très belle vue était la bienvenue après des journées à visiter cette région magnifique. Nous reviendrons c'est sûr !

Lodge très bien équipée, tout est là pour cuisiner, manger, ranger... Les chambres sont propres et confortables. Un logement très agréable où nous nous sommes parfaitement reposés.
