Wir waren Ende September da und hatten einen Platz direkt an Rand mit Blick auf die Wiese, sehr schön. Rundherum war alles schon geschlossen und verlassen. Für den der Ruhe sucht ideal.
Die Supermärkte vor Ort waren bereits am Schließen, also keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit zu dieser Zeit.

Great location and facilities. The toilets and showers were immaculate - exceptionally clean with plenty of hot water. Friendly and warm reception. Perfect for a beach holiday. Good UK TV reception for Sat dish. Mini supermarket at entrance with good opening hours. Thank you Grande Vallèe
The emplacements could more private with hedge demarcation. We had no complaints as we had a large corner pitch. Excellent value for money.

The camping location is great. It is about halfway between the coastline with the nature reserve and the busy holiday town of La Tranche sur Mer. Both trips can be done by bike or free bus. The beach is about 10 mins away and is not too busy. We found that the sea was quite cold in the early part of the day. In the evenings it was more pleasant. The camping is like an oasis, so quiet and peaceful and the staff is very kind. Once a week they offer mussels with fries that you have to pre-order. It's the best mouls-frites that we had for the whole of our stay, generous portions and super tasty

The showers and toilets are cleaned twice daily, there is a dishwashing area and two washing machines. Never had to wait for the facilities.
The arrangement is that everybody brings their own toilet paper. Fair enough, we just didn't know it in advance. Luckily we were prepared just well enough.

This is a beautiful quiet friendly site tucked away, a short walk to the beach and fantastic cycling. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend and would definitely come back ourselves
