We stayed here at La Grande Vallée as a 2 night stopover on our way back to Cherbourg via another stop over at another site. The site is really good with really well looked after pitches which were big enough for our 6.7M motorhome. We received a warm welcome at reception and they were very helpful with any questions we asked them about the local area. A short 10 minute walk takes you to a amazingly long, beautiful sandy beach where you can take a leisurely walk. A twenty minute walk takes you to a selections of bars, shops, a supermarket. We would recommend this site , loved it.

What a great campsite this is. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and maintained the excellent facilities to such a high standard. The beach is nearby, and also it's so easy to cycle along the coast. The snack bar was very good, and I would recommend this campsite to everyone. We will definitely return.

The relaxed friendly atmosphere on site. The staff and fellow campers really made our stay special. Our limited French proved no handicap to our inclusion and our neighbours proved both welcoming and supportive. Probably our best experience on site as a family.
