As for the restaurant, I don't really understand your rating as you didn't come to eat there... As for the shower in the mobile home, we agree that the temperature can be unstable! As for the toilet seat, we voluntarily removed it for a question of hygiene. I know that for the buttocks it is colder as your husband told me! We don't understand your rating on the comfort of the accommodation/location, the rating is very poor and yet in your commentary this is one of the things you liked... As for the quality/price ratio, 262.20€ for 5 nights, it is difficult to find a cheaper price! All five of us absolutely loved Camping La Cremade and would definitely come back again. The owners are so helpful and friendly and really made an effort to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast and lunches we had were delicious and the children loved the ice creams and brownies. The playground and bouncy castle were perfect for keeping the children amused and we had all the facilities we needed for our short stay. Our pitch was shady and spacious and everything was clean and well maintained. There is so much to do in the area from swimming to hiking to train rides- we loved everything!

But far from being a boring place, the offer of activities in the area, let you choose from a kayak day to a castle visit…there are activities for any member of the family. We enjoyed our stay until the day we left when we informed that we should have cleaned our cabin Before we arrived the owner had sent us an email in French saying that cleaning was 30€ if we wanted it. I presumed this was daily cleaning, like in a hotel. I was wrong. We were expected to drive into the village to buy cleaning products from the very expensive supermarket and clean the cabin (and then do what with them, throw them away? I don't go on holiday to spend my time cleaning! The husband (and his son) were very nice, unlike his wife who was unpleasant and shouldn't be 'front of house'

There was a problem with ants in the cabin. We had a 2 bedroom cabin for two of us which was very cramped. The shower water went from boiling hot to cold and there was no way of setting it to a good temperature.

As far as the cleaning at the end of your stay is concerned, I invite you to read our email exchanges, especially the one with the booking confirmation, where you will be able to read the rules that have been added, and what's more in your language! Indeed, if you don't take the cleaning option (this option is 60€ in our campsite), you must clean your accommodation at the end of your stay. A minimum of cleaning is required, such as sweeping, wiping and putting away the dishes, the sink is not a pantry and the sink is not a swimming pool... Indeed, this is part of the daily cleaning and a certain savoir vivre towards the cleaning staff, in this case me! As for the ants, I'm sorry but it would have been easier for us to intervene if you had told us about them directly instead of hiding behind a notice! Afterwards, it is true that with the food that was on the ground... these little creatures that it is common to find in nature are feasting... And to take up a point which is very dear to me "my friendliness" I simply think that you were offended to have to pay these 30€ since to my knowledge we exchanged the whole duration of your stay and that it went very well !!! Ce fut un plaisir de séjourner au camping dans un environnement superbe au pied des montagnes. Nature, calme et sérénité y sont les mettre mots ! ne" Nous avons eu un super accueil y compris pour notre chien qui a pu nous suivre partout dans le camping, le TOP, merci pour lui. Des personnes formidables, à l'écoutent, une restauration qui fut un régal du petit déjeuner au diner. Un véritable petit cocon ou on se sent bien et ou même nos amis à quatre pattes sont acceptés ! Spacieux, lumineux, bien aménagé et décoré avec goût ! L'ambiance lodge bois est très appréciable à l'ombre des arbres avec vue sur les montagnes. Une terrasse couverte très agréable et fermée très pratique pour notre chien qui pouvait rentré et sortir à sa guise du lodge sans avoir à le surveiller .
