It was our first stay here and we have only positive things to say. We kept mostly to ourselves but there was a lot of fun activities and we enjoyed the pool a couple of times. We love Dinan so took full advantage of being so close by. I’m a runner and I loved running along alone the Rance in the early morning.

Reception quick and easy and spoke English. Grass Pitch was easy to get into. Not too soft and mostly flat (but still needed to use our levellers) and defined by approx 1.5m high hedges. Water and electric by pitch. very clean facilities. Large shower cubicles. Grounds are neat and tidy and well defined. Swimming pool properly enclosed with toilets close by. Activities for children. Easy path down to the river Rance. We had booked two single nights as arrival and departure point for the ferry so did not get to appreciate the full services / facilities.
Could add on info sheet that you receive at reception about the wristbands.

Grass Pitch was generally flat, well drained, not too soft, well defined, easy to get into and close to facilities and Black waste point. Water and electric to each pitch. Whole place felt nicely green with all the neatly trimmed hedges and trees.

The establishment
The cleanliness of the toilet block is so much improved, the hand dryer in particular has never been so clean. The laundry area too has changed dramatically for the better. All of the physical changes have improved the site.
The steps up to the toilet block are dangerous. I would suggest the pitches are checked often to infil the numerous holes that make the pitches difficult to walk on. I appreciate this is difficult but something that should be a health and safety project.

The size of the pitch was superb. We have had the same pitch for 9 years. The views are stunning.
We booked for six weeks, paying for one extra day prior to our arrival to ensure we could get access to our pitch as soon as we arrived. It would have been nice to have had the grass cut on our pitch ready for our arrival. We had booked for 6 weeks but left after 2. For us the site has lost its tranquility and warmth. It is far too commercialised for us and we are now re-considering our next 6 weeks stay in Aug/September.

We moved sites as our original one was muddy and wet. No problem to move and site was perfect. Hedges separating each one so a bit of privacy. Quiet and peaceful 👌🏽
