The site is well laid out and very clean. When we arrived we were greeted by a very pleasant person at reception who explained where we were to pitch. The pitch was in a wonderful place overlooking the castle and close to spotlessly clean toilet and shower blocks. The site is positioned in a lovely residential area within easy walking distance to a wonderful town and a major supermarket is only a few miles away

Very good value for money. The pitch was a good size with a. Excellent view of the castle. We have passed through Falaise many times over the years we have visited France but this was the first time we decided to stay there. Wish we had done so in the past but we will definitely be back. It’s 2 rating doesn’t give it the credit it deserves. It is well worthy of a 4-5 star rating. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

Que la réception vous accroche au nez ! Emplacement loué 2 fois (sous-Loué) ? Que dire des douches prises par des non - résidents du Camping le soir ? Et avec une eau à 22H00 de 38/40°C alors qu'une canicule hebdomadaire sévit par des t°C de 38°C ?

Idéalement située au pied du château ! Les sanitaires sont très propres et semblent récents. La salle de détente / lecture est cosy... Le centre ville est à 10 minutes à pieds. Plusieurs emplacements parfaits pour les camping car ainsi qu'un lieu pour vidanger et faire le plein en eau. Tout est bien pensé.

Camping aux pieds du château idéal pour les visites, des arbres qui permettent d'avoir des espaces ombragés, un accueil agréable, blocs sanitaires neufs et propres, avec une laverie complète, une petite épicerie permettent de passer un agréable séjour. A noter aussi un espace détente sympa avec un congélateur qui permet aux campeurs de gérer gratuitement leurs pains de glace. L'adaptateur électrique, permettant de se brancher sur les bornes est fourni sur demande à l'accueil.
Dommage : panne de papier dans certains sanitaires et de savon aux lave-mains en fin de week-end du 15 Août. Cela s'explique peut-être par la longueur du week-end et le fait que le camping était complet. Le tarif est un peu cher et l'électricité "obligatoire" peut surprendre, mais au final le confort et le service de qualité compensent ce coût.

The faculties are superb. Very clean and modern and in easy reach for all pitches. The clientele are respectful and considerate. The shop Is only open a few hours a day, but was efficient. We arrived while it was shut but our name and pitch was on a chalkboard outside - simple to find.
