Welcome to the Camping des Gorges !!! LCamping des Gorges is situated at the entrance to the protected site of the famous Ardèche Gorge and its nature reserve. It is only 800m from the village. The campsite extends along the Sauze beach, so you can reach the Ardèche, swim, go fishing and canoeing or simply laze in the sunshine merely by walking down to the lower end of the campsite. The site has 120 shady, bordered plots, all with electricity. Our rental properties consist of 25 m... obile homes fitted with every comfort. There are attractive, practical sanitary blocks available for your use

Very friendly reception staff. Arrived at 2pm and although check in was from 3pm it was no problem. We could walk around and choose our pitch. Sanitary facilities clean with soap, paper. Small shop with day to day items. Bread can be ordered for next day. Restaurant looks nice but didn't use. Same with swimming pool. Location close to river. Reception offers canoe trips with local company. WLAN usually ok. We'll come again.

Lovely place and perfect pitch number 47. Your lifeguard at the pool is top and attentive - good guy.
It schould not be allowed with outside Air conditioning on the caravan, because it disturb and making noise.

Ardeche is a really super location that I will certainly return to - the area offers great cycling, walks, and kayaking. The campsite was fantastic as was the camp restaurant that offered super meals with a great staff team to look after you while dining!! A truly memorable experience!!

Only negative was the animation lady basically ignored our children because they were English. It didn't spoil the holiday but did make them feel a little excluded .

The Ardeche is a beautiful and well preserved region with a huge river running through it which affords breathtaking views as well as lots of opportunities for swimming in the warm clear waters which provides a real sense of fun and adventure for old and young with lots to explore. The beautiful medieval village of Aigueze is nearby along with many other places worthy as a visit. Camping Des Gorges is virtually on the riverside. Recommended!

We were given the pitch we requested which was great - the pitches are very spacious with electrical hook up and fridge hire. so, it generally possible to find shade from the sun when necessary. The facilities are really good, clean and plentiful so it is rare to queue for shower, toilet etc. The campsite shop takes orders for bread, croissants etc and Annike who runs it.is extremely kind and helpful. the location also features a great kayak and paddle board hire service at a very reasonable price
This is not a huge issue but knowing that the fridge hire is can only at the end of the hire would have been useful as we were only paying by card. at this point and had to visit two towns before finding a working atm machine prior to leaving.
