Extremely clean facilities and pool
During the day whilst we were away from the site our tent (and that of our neighbouring pitch) were opened up. May just have been kids playing hide and seek but equally could have been someone looking to steal from us. Fortunately we had left nothing valuable in the tent so nothing was missing. Reported this to reception who seemed pretty indifferent, not sure if this was just disinterest or just my lack of French in conveying the issue.

Great area with lots to do nearby
The entertainment was incredibly loud and often did not cater for other nationalities. For example, the magic show could have been brilliant but contained so much talking that my children got bored and left as they could not understand.

Nothing, it was an awful pitch. We have camped for years at many sites and this was the worst pitch we have ever had.
Our pitch was far too small and triangular. We could not even fit our car or sun shelter on as there was so little space. Having looked around the site, all the other pitches were bigger but we had paid the same money as everyone else. We had also paid extra to be next to my sister so that we could spend evenings together while the younger children were in bed however we were given pitches behind each other which completely ruined our holiday. In addition, we were practically right on top of the entertainment area which was incredibly noisy up until 1130pm most nights.

Nous prenons note du fait que le magicien parle trop en français et qu'en effet cela puisse nuire à la qualité du spectacle pour qui ne comprend pas, nous allons lui en parler. Cependant je m'interroge, l'emplacement dont vous parlez n'est pas petit, peut être le manque d'herbe par rapport à la sécheresse a pu donné cette impression. Au sujet de votre soeur, je ne comprends pas non plus puisque tout d'abord il n'existe pas de supplément de cout comme vous indiquez, pour être à côté. De plus, je ne trouve mention nulle part de souhait d'emplacement à côté de vous (quel est le nom de votre soeur ? je ne sais pas qui elle est). Nous notons que vous avez été gênés par le bruit du citystade, nous y ferons davantage attention dans l'avenir. Nous espérons toutefois que vous avez pu passer de bons moments. We had a great stay with you. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful and we all loved the Aqualand facilities. It was very hot when we stayed and fans would have been a welcome addition but otherwise very clean and a great stop for Puy du Fou

Staff were not overly friendly. A mix up on food order (wasn’t clarified by staff taking order and it was wrong- staff answer to problem was that we would have to pay for their mistake - this did not happen) service was very slow - by the time our drinks arrived we had finished eating our meals.
Service was very slow and only really one welcoming smiley waiter. This was a shame as the camping site has lots of potential. The closeness to Puy du Fou means you almost have a captive audience which doesn’t mean they don’t deserve a good level of service with a smile.

No shade on pitch and we had asked if we could be together with our friends which didn’t happen. Also water taps were very slow and the posts they were attached to were wobbling out of the ground.

The site had lot of amenities, we especially loved the pool and spa especially after a long day of walking around. We also liked how there were hedges around each pitch to provide lots of privacy.
We were placed at the furthest end away from the toilets and shower, given that we were camping this was inconvenient, especially given our ages.

Camping très agréable, à taille humaine. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un agréable séjour, la proximité avec le Puy du Fou est un plus.

Chalet mignon, très agréable et propre. Literie confortable.
Juste dommage que la terrasse ne soit pas couverte (ou même un petit porche) pour les jours pluvieux. Et le manque d'un petit canapé pour le soir.
