3 day stay en-route to Slovakia. Beautiful, peaceful area great for exploring by bicycle or running/walking. Purgstall is a pretty little town would of stayed longer if time permitted. The campsite is lovely and green with lots of trees and open space.

The man on the reception desk was very helpful, polite and friendly! even helped us out when our electricity cable didn’t reach the power box and found an extension cable for us. Showers and the bathrooms were very nice and clean.
i only stayed overnight so there isn’t much to complain about. did the job it needed for one night.

the pitches generally are well spaced out and offer you a lot of room for yourself. on site facilities are nice and kept clean.
The electrical hookup was for 4 plots and therefore in the middle of 4 plots which means its a lot futher away than other campsites, this meant i had to put the van right up against the hedge on our plot in order to make the electricity cable reach and even then we still needed an extension, most places seem to have one box between 2 pitches and im not sure why that isnt the case here.

Excellent services: toilets, water, electricity, wood for fire and more. Great experience with the natural swimming pool! Was nice to see my daughters enjoying the rabbits and hens. Good experience for kids with the river near by! Very friendly employer in charge of the maintenance and garden!!

Bei Regen sind ca.80% der Stellplätze schlammig.Schotter oder noch besser wäre eine Lochpflasterung wie in Camping Wien West.
