The area. The bike paths. The facilities are good. Staff lovely and friendly
The toilets and showers were dirty. The toilets near the pool were disgusting. Outside bar area next to the smell and filth of the ponies. Having horses doesn’t mean it needs to be dirty and never clean especially around the seating area/ horse reception. Taking the horses out without a member of staff is very odd! No security at the kids club- mother dropped the child, father collected. No questions asked about who was picking up the children! Places should be booked, very disorganised. Lifeguard only around sometimes and wasn’t keeping the teenage boys under control, diving bombing etc.

Good location.
Not very private, trees too low around the pitch and driveways scratched the motorhome. It was nothing special for the money. Thought the place was scruffy.

Nous avons mal dormi car il y avait un animal ? Dans le plafond chambre et cuisine . Cet animal grattait !!! Des choses tombaient de la trappe des toilette sur le sol (doute sur excréments ) . Bémol sur ce séjour . Sinon bon accueil de l’équipe .

Excellent accueil. Ouvert au mois d'Octobre. On m'a réservé un logement 4 places pour le même prix qu'un 2 places du fait le manque de disponibilité de ce dernier.
Attention aux moustiques mais en réalité une simple prise anti-moustiques fait l'affaire.

Bien ;mais pour 3 jours pas de prise en compte de réclamation
Nous avons dormi 1 nuit sur 3 car la prise en compte du 1er jour avec du bruit a l’intérieur du toit du mibilhom n’a pas été prise en compte et il n’y a eu aucun geste commercial. Déplorable pour un 4 étoiles….
