The whole site was very pleasant and well kept.

As a couple who own and love animals, one of whom works with horses, we had a problem with cat excrement around our residence which we felt was unacceptable.

    Accommodation review

Lovely deck outside with comfortable chairs and table for eating outside and just relaxing and chatting. Not a wasp in sight the whole time!

Perhaps the beds and especially the pillows could be more comfortable.

The ambience and level of naturism. The friendliness of the creperie, pizza and Eden Roc staff and the location.

Could do with one more washing machine in the shower block by the roundabout. Also, perhaps some entertainment in the pizza restaurant.

    General information

Happy, relaxed family atmosphere. Eden Roc set-up is fabulous. The shop and bar staff are lovely. Most of the site, which is extensive, is undeveloped and one is free to wander and enjoy it all. The riverside is beautiful and the river is wonderful for swimming. There are lots of spaces and facilities for games. You can tell that a lot of love has been put into the place and it is much more than a commercial facility.

The shop staff are under a lot of pressure and could do with more help to get stock onto the shelves. Improvements could be added to wifi facilities - we like to keep in touch with our family. What about wifi in one of the ateliers? One small detail: there was room for a bedside table on both sides of the bed but we only had one table and had to use a cardboard box instead.

    Accommodation review

It was new and an improvement on Acacia accommodation we'd had before, so we were very pleased with it.

Cleaning the windows was a bit tricky because bushes grow closely along one side and spiky clippings were laying about on the ground, so we both got scratched. Also, having to stand on a chair to reach the windows is unsafe for some people. I am still active so it is not a problem but it may cause some difficulty to older people less able. A knife with a long blade for cuisine would be good because a saw type knife which is provided cannot cut vegetables straight, making the action hazardous. Travel restrictions mean that bringing ones own knife is disallowed.
