The pitch allocated was ok but there were many more empty pitches that were better but I wasn’t too bothered. They don’t seem to take unit size into consideration as I had informed them of my caravan size. Convenient location to visit Saverne and locality.

Well maintained site with good facilities. The site is on the edge of Saverne which appeared to be a beautiful place with plenty of historic buildings and architecture.

We have used this site as a stop over several times in the las 10 years. Our main criticism is the toilet & shower facilities. They are very basic and haven’t been updated in that time. The site was the busiest we have seen it. Maybe it’s time to refurbish these facilities. We don’t plan to stay there again unless we see that this has been done.

Pool has very good size with enough warm water. We loved it.
There were noisy players on the neighbouring plot, so it was not a quiet afternoon at all. The playground is small.

Could not gain entry until late afternoon as reception closed. Offered an unsuitable pitch but quickly offered alternative. Sadly we could not level our camper van on any of the available pitches.

We were on a cycling trip for 4 weeks, and this was by far the best campsite we stayed in. Friendly staff, great tent space for cyclists, hammocks free to use, interesting wooden games, swimming pool, playground, you can also buy local products, and there was a wine degustation as well. From us all the best!
