It is placed in the Barcelona Pre-Pyrenee mountains at 890 m., in the Berguedà region, and next to the Cadí-Moixeró Natural Park. The campsite is next to the B-400 road to Saldes village, at the 3.5 km , in the middle of the forest, surrounded by trees and grazing. It is 130 km far from Barcelona city and 10 km far from Cadí Tunnel south entry.

The location is very scenic close to a spectacular cliff face on one side and across the valley to distant peaks. We were made to feel welcome by the owners who lived on site. The toilet/washing blocks were nice and clean. It was easy to order bread for the next day and the bar shop stocked essential items. At our request, the owner suggested an excellent walk straight from the campsite up the river valley, then along the top rim of the cliffs before descending through woodland. He furnished us with a map indicating clearly the route.

We had a choice of pitches and were more than happy with our choice which was grassy and level. The whole site was well looked after. There were plenty of electric points for connection and water points within easy walking distance.

We were able to choose our pitch, the pitches were good sizes, the camp was quiet with clean facilities. We would return to this camp if walking in the area again. It was possible to order bread and pastries each day and this was a good service. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The family were very accommodating and there is very little that could have improved, but if the bar and shop had stayed open until 9pm this would have been very helpful. This would not stop us from returning to this gem!

Der Pool war einfach super! Sehr sauber und sehr groß für die Größe des Platzes. Daher nie zu voll. Wir haben einige Tipps für Wandertouren in der näheren Umgebung erhalten von dem Betreiber. Die waren allesamt super.

Die sanitären Anlagen waren einfach, aber stets sauber. Ein nett familiär geführtes Betrieb. Unser Stellplatz sehr geräumig. Wir durften selber wählen.
